In early-stage exploration, we apply the ML system to predict the metal grades towards depth based on the immature hand auger drilling penetration. In grade estimation, we develops the hybrid models that combines the artificial neural networks (ANN) and the Swarm Intelligence & Physic based intelligence- metaheuristics models. This model involves the relevant variables such as grades, lithologies, alterations and other important variables to optimize the estimation. In resource classification, this also applies the machine learning methods.
For cut-off grade estimation, mine production & scheduling, we also employ the machine learning and the metaheuristics approaches. We also offer the stope optimization by extending Sandanayake’s heuristics algorithm using the ANN and bat algorithm (BA).
We optimize the CAPEX, OPEX & Revenue values from the random and probability inputs using the AI and metaheuristics models in mineral asset valuation. In mineral resource estimation, we apply the AI and metaheuristics model to optimize the orebody modeling including the grade interpolation. We optimize the pit and mine scheduling to maximize the net present value (NPV). The mine valuation is assessed using the decoupled net present value (DNPV), in which the outputs are optimized using the AI and metaheuristics models. Finally, we provide metal & energy price forecasting services using stochastic, AI, and metaheuristics models to optimize the forecasting of future prices.
