Threedify Geological Software & Mine Design has expanded its presence in the Southeast Asian market by signing an agreement with the Indonesian company PT Grabuma. With the motto “The Only All-in-One Platform”, Threedify integrates technical and economic modeling to address mining and exploration challenges.
We are unique in offering distinctive products. During exploration, we provide the Ore Chaser, a tool designed to optimize drilling and in-fill drilling plans throughout the exploration process. Planned in-fill holes can increase your confidence by ensuring optimal and efficient results. We also offer the OreController module, which is used to optimize grade control during production. This module can be developed using surface sampling or blast sampling data. Additionally, the Blender module allows blending directly from different stockpiles with varying grades and tonnages.
This optimizes the blending process to extract marginal material and ore effectively In mine optimization, we already provide stochastic pit optimization to enhance conventional pit optimization methods such as Lersch-Grossman and Pseudoflow. This approach effectively handles the inherent uncertainty in mining. For underground optimization, our module is tailored based on the mining method. In block caving, we use Cavemizer; for stoping, we apply Stopemizer (MSO); and for flat deposits, we use FSO.
We also offer optimization for open pit and underground transitions through the Optunimizer module. This unique product optimizes both methods before production begins. The final module is the Optimcut Module, which accounts for uncertainty by using a dynamic cut-off grade. It has been proven to perform better than a static cut- off grade.
